Driver Approval

To ensure compliance with Policy 15.008 Operation of University Vehicles v.1 (policytech.com), Risk Management will obtain a MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) for all approved drivers annually. 
 

Fleet Purchase and Insurance

If a new motor vehicle, golf cart, gator, mule or other low speed vehicle is purchased by a department, the vehicle must be registered with the UNT Department of Insurance and Claims by using this link: Origami Risk - Welcome. Your vehicle will be automatically insured for liability.  Physical damage is optional.
