Our intramural sports will be offered throughout the semester and require no advanced sign-up, simply arrive ready to have fun!

Fitness classes will occur on Mondays from 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM in Thirdspace in the Student Center. They are open to students, staff, and faculty. No need to register, just bring your UNT Dallas ID and come ready to relax! Here is our Fall 2024 Schedule!

We host a variety of events, both in and outdoor, around the DFW Metroplex and beyond. These experiences will help to support a student’s holistic development and challenge their idea of wellness and recreational activities. Our 2024 fall trip is happening on November 22nd!
