Case Management services aim to provide programs, outreach, and direct client services for students with at-risk mental health and social support needs through crisis intervention, referrals, and connections to follow-up services. Case Management is not counseling; rather, case managers have the opportunity develop close helping relationships with students while coaching students toward appropriate self-care and self-advocacy. These services are meant to be temporary with the end goal of equipping UNT Dallas students with skills and resources to meet their long-term needs.
Case Management is available for a variety of concerns including:
- Crisis Intervention
- Food Insecurity
