Digital Learning & Instructional Technology (DLIT) is testing an AI-powered student support chatbot to provide assistance with educational technologies used by students at UNT Dallas.
Please ask this chatbot any educational technology support questions you may have regarding how to perform various tasks in Canvas, Respondus, Turnitin, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Google (Docs, Sheets, Slides) in addition to other technology tools you use at UNT Dallas.
UNT Dallas provides 24-hours/day & 7-days/week technical support for Canvas. This Tier 1 support can be accessed by clicking on "Help" in the far-left navigation in Canvas and the selecting "Chat with Canvas Support (Students)" or by calling 833-668-8634.
Drop-in support is also available Monday through Friday during regular business hours (8:00AM to 5:00 PM) in the Office of Digital Learning & Instructional Technology (DAL1 Suite 150).
