Our Advisors Help Current and New Undergraduate Students:
- Encourage, explore and assist students with defining educational goals
- Actively listen to concerns, remain open-minded, respectful and maintain confidentiality of your records
- Explain and assist students with learning University Policies and Procedures
- Provide students with tools needed to make informed decisions concerning degree completion
As Institutional members of the National Academic Advising Association (NACADA) our department is committed to the professional field of Academic Advising. We use NACADA's theory and research to make informed decisions regarding our day-to-day best practices.
