Are you in the right place?

UNT Dallas Main Campus and UNT Dallas College of Law: UNTD Disability Services
UNT Denton: UNT Office of Disability Access
UNT Health Science Center: UNTHSC Office of Disability Access.

Initial Application

Students requesting accommodations for a disability are encouraged to request services using the following link: Initial Application for Disability Services.
You will need to upload current documentation to demonstrate how your disability impacts your ability to participate in programs at UNT Dallas. For more details on documentation, please see Documentation Guidelines.

The Application Process

The process takes two weeks to complete once the request has been received.
If your documentation does not meet all requirements, an ODS staff member will contact you.
If your documentation is sufficient, an ODS staff member will contact you to schedule an initial intake meeting.
Following the initial meeting, accommodation letters will be distributed electronically to the student and to their faculty members.
The faculty members and student will acknowledge their receipt of the accommodation form and this information will be stored in a program called Accommodate.
