You can reset your EUID password at the Account Management System.
There are two ways to reset your EUID passsword:
Follow these steps if you know your current password:
- Login to the Account Management System.
- Click the "Change Password" link on the left side of the webpage.
- You will be prompted to create a new password. Your password must meet the password security requirements described here. Enter your desired new password into the fields and click the "Change Password" button. If the password is not accepted, please see the password security requirements and try a new password.

Follow these steps if you do not know your current password or your password is expired:
- Go to the Account Management System Password Reset page.
- Enter your information to confirm your identity.
- You will be prompted to respond with the answer you supplied to the secret question you selected when you initially activated your EUID.
- You will be prompted to create a new password. Your password must meet the password security requirements described here. Enter your desired new password into the fields and click the "Change Password" button. If the password is not accepted, please see the password security requirements and try a new password.
