Commencement Ceremony

The 2025 Commencement ceremony is scheduled for 10:00 a.m., Saturday, May 17, 2025 at the Majestic Theater in downtown Dallas.

Dean’s List and Graduation Honor

After each semester, the Registrar prepares the Dean’s List, which is based on GPA for the semester. The Dean’s List includes students who receive a 3.300 GPA or above for the semester. Graduating students receive “Latin honors” as follows:

3.400 Cum laude

3.700 Magna cum laude

3.900 Summa cum laude
