What should I do if I am locked out?

  • Between the hours of 7:00AM - 12:00AM, contact the Front Desk (972) 338-1860
  • After 12:00AM, contact the Summer Resident Assistant on duty at (972) 946-0743

 

Who should I contact in case of emergency? 

  • In the event of a life threatening emergency, contact 911 immediately or contact Campus Police at (972) 780-3000

 

Where is the Conference Services Office located?  

  • During the academic year, the Conference Services operations are coordinated through the Office of Housing and Residence Life Office located in Wisdom Hall 

 

Is there Internet access available on campus? 

  • Wireless internet is available through the ResNet network. 

 

Is there a gym/recreational facility available for use? 

  • There is a Fitness Center available for guests to use in the Residence Hall free of charge per approval of camp or experience leaders.  

 

What are the hours of the Jag Cafe?

I lost my ACCESS card and/or key -- What should I do?   

  • Please report any lost or damaged keys or ACCESS cards to the Conference Services staff immediately.  Visit the desk to have a new key issued to you.  A $10.00 replacement fee will be charged to your conference for any lost or damaged ACCESS cards.  Your Conference or Experience staff will work with you on payment options.  All replacement room keys will be charged at the rate of $50.00 per key.

 

What should I do if I have a maintenance concern? 

  • During the hours of 7:00AM - 12:00AM, please contact the Wisdom Hall Front Desk.  Note On-Campus Maintenance is available between the hours of 8:00AM - 5:00PM. Outside of this, our team will exercise discretion when Emergency Maintenance may be required outside of business hours. If concern occurs between 12:00AM - 7:00AM, please contact the Resident Assistant On Duty at (972) 946-0743.

 

I need to check-out -- what do I do?  

  • Please check with your on site conference coordinator to confirm check-out times/location (you may also call our office to find out your scheduled time).  If a formal check-out has not been arranged, please drop your room key in the box located at the front of your residence hall.  

 

What if I left something behind? 

  • Please contact our office at (972) 338-1860. Leave us your name, the conference you attended, the building and room number in which you stayed, as well as a contact number where you can be reached.  If we are able to retrieve the item that was lost, we will call you back to set up delivery or pick-up.  Please note you will be required to pay shipping fees on any item that must be mailed back if the items are located.
