Canvas is the UNT Dallas learning management system students use to access their courses online. For each online class a student enrolls in, Canvas contains the syllabus, notes, resources, assignments communication and grades.
Students use Canvas to access their course work, including lessons, reading materials or videos. Canvas also contains a calendar allowing students to keep up with due dates.
Students can also access Canvas email where they have access to their professor as well as other students in their course. So also students may never come to campus, they can interact with their peers and instructors.
