Students who do not participate in the program’s events are not allowed to apply the next year. The program is much more than just a job.

The Conrad Program is open to all eligible 4-Year college students, regardless of major or field of study.

Students can can work full-time (40 hours per week) or part-time (30 hours per week).
Internship sponsors pay students directly using the method of pay preffered by the entity. Employers pay students hourly or through a stipend disbursed to students monthly or at specific points during the internship experience. The program recommends a minimum wage pay of $15 per hour.
Yes, all sponsors are welcome to attend our events and workshops and will be invited to attend as dates are finalized.
