Greater Texas Foundation UNTD Blazer Scholarship

The Greater Texas Foundation (GTF) UNTD Blazer Scholars Program is designed to assist graduates of early college high school programs in attaining a bachelor's degree from the University of North Texas at Dallas. The GTF UNTD Blazer Scholars Program is funded by the Greater Texas Foundation, a non-profit foundation located in Bryan, Texas.
 

Mission

The mission of the Greater Texas Foundation UNTD Blazer Scholars Program is to assist scholars in their baccalaureate journey by providing financial, academic, emotional, and social support via intentional programming.

Up to $4,000 Per Year Available to Qualified Applicants

You could be eligible to receive scholarship support to complete a bachelor's degree at UNT Dallas

The scholarship is available for eligible graduates TEA, designated, Texas Early College High Schools who complete associate degree credits.

Program Benefits:

Eligibility Requirements:

  1. Have graduated from a TEA, designated Texas Early College High School in Spring 2024;
  2. Must be admitted into UNT Dallas for the Fall 2024 semester;
  3. Have a minimum 2.75 (on a 4.0 scale) cumulative college and high school GPA;
  4. Applied for FAFSA/TASFA for 2024-2025;
  5. Submit an online application for the 2024-2025 Greater Texas Foundation UNT Dallas Blazer Scholarship Program.
