Bill Ingram is the Assistant Dean and Associate Professor for the School of Business. He is also the program coordinator for hospitality management and general business programs. Dr. Ingram started his leadership career as a guest service manager for Walt Disney World Resort in Florida. From there, he held various leadership positions in Loews Hotels and Sky Hotels and Resorts in both rooms and F&B operations. After his career in the hospitality industry, he completed his Ph.D. and began teaching at UNT Dallas in the fall of 2016. His research interests include strategy, employee satisfaction, and career development.
