Deborah Cain

Deborah Ferguson-Cain, Ph.D., is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor with expertise in research on marriage and family, protective factors to marital satisfaction, adult ADHD, interpersonal relationships with the family system and most recently human sexuality in family systems. She believes that a healthy marriage is the foundation for a healthy family and the development of children.  Dr. Cain enjoys presenting at conferences on the topics she researches.

Dr. Cain teaches Couples Counseling, Family Therapy, Human Sexuality, Practicum and Internship, Basic Counseling and Group Counseling.

Dr. Cain is a member of the Texas Counseling Association, Texas Association of Marriage and Family Therapist, National Association of African American Studies and the International Association of Marriage and Family Counselors.
