Keisha Ware

Keisha Ware currently serves as the Assistant Dean of Student Affairs for UNT Dallas College of Law. Dean Ware joined UNT Dallas College of Law in September 2023. Dean Ware received her Juris Doctorate from Baylor Law School in 2003 and received her Bachelor of Arts degree Manga Cum Laude, with a double major in Political Science and History from Columbia College in 1999. Dean Ware is a licensed attorney with the State Bar of Texas.

Prior to joining UNT Dallas College of Law, Dean Ware was a practicing attorney, providing access to justice to college students in Student Legal Services. Dean Ware served as the Director of Student Legal Services at the University of North Texas from July 2016 to August 2023 and Attorney for the Students at the University of Texas at Arlington from April 2005 to July 2015. Dean Ware served as President of the University Student Legal Services Association – Western Region, as well as held various leadership roles on the executive board. Dean Ware has also served as an Adjunct Instructor at Tarrant County College teaching U.S. Government and Texas Government.
