Biography: Krystal Esquire Deckard hails from Arlington, Texas, but has consistently pursued her education in Dallas, Texas. She proudly graduated in 2020 from the Judge Barefoot Sanders Law Magnet at the Townview Magnet Center and is currently a senior majoring in Political Science. Her future plans involve attending law school and eventually assuming the responsibilities of her mother's law firm. With aspirations to become a Texas Supreme Court Justice, Krystal is determined to make her mark in the legal field. Krystal's journey in student governance began in the Fall of 2022 when she joined the Student Government Association (SGA) to represent the students of the School of Liberal Arts and Sciences as a senator. Her dedication and commitment led her to be elected as Vice-President for the Fall semester of 2023. Her primary motivation for joining the SGA was to amplify the voices of the student body and provide leadership and support within the UNT Dallas campus community. Her overarching goal is to ensure that every student's perspective is valued and heard. Throughout her tenure, Krystal is devoted to enhancing the educational experience for all students, aiming to create a space where they feel supported and empowered.

Biography: Kyra Wynn is completing her senior year at the University of North Texas at Dallas (UNTD) majoring in public health. Born and raised in San Antonio, Texas, she relocated to the DFW area to attend UNTD and pursue her passion for improving community wellbeing. Eager to make a difference on campus, Kyra joined the Student Government Association (SGA) to unite diverse voices and create positive change through promoting inclusion, wellness, and sustainability initiatives. As Kyra’s graduation nears, she aspires to leave behind an enduring legacy of compassionate service and activism that empowers generations of students to come. Driven by a strong social conscience instilled in her San Antonio upbringing, she aims to continue impacting communities through her public health career.

Biography: Alexandra Renteria is a graduate student in the Public Leadership Program. Alexandra currently serves as a senior governmental affairs coordinator for the City of Dallas where she gets to use her skills learned in the classroom to advocate for legislation at the federal level Alexandra Renteria graduated from the university of North Texas at Dallas in 2021, where she obtained her bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Business Foundations and as an undergrad student served in various leadership roles such as President of LULAC and the SGA Executive Board. Alexandra has a passion for community involvement and advocacy, She currently serves on the Leadership Council of the C3 Latino Young Professionals Group.

Biography: Ryleah Fisher was born in Kenosha, WI but currently lives in Denton, TX. Some of her hobbies are looking at houses, staying in, and reading. Her Major is Criminal Justice, and she aspires to be a Police Officer and a family lawyer. She is also a part of the Blazerettes dance team, BSU, and Trailblazer Elite, as well as a mentor for Rising Blazers. She likes to play video games and play Connect Four. One reason why She joined SGA is because it provides a platform for students to develop and showcase their leadership skills. Serving in different roles within the organization allows them to take on responsibilities and lead initiatives. Joining SGA allows students to actively engage with their college community. They can contribute to campus events, represent student interests, and work towards creating a positive and inclusive campus environment.

Biography: Nekiaya is a political science major, anticipating graduation in Spring 2024. Following graduation, she will pursue a Ph.D. in public policy to travel the world and conduct research through various humanitarian approaches. Some of her hobbies include reading, longboarding, watching cartoons and anime, going to the gym, and conducting research. She joined SGA because she wanted to better engage with the students on campus, and SGA was the best way to go about doing so. She loves connecting with people and is excited to see what opportunities will arise from her work with SGA.

Biography: Currently a senior at the University of North Texas at Dallas, Cristian was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. He was always interested in science, technology, and business. In high school, I excelled in math and computer science, which led him to pursue a degree in general business and a minor in business analytics. Cristian maintains a strong work ethic and believes that education is the key to unlocking opportunities. He is excited about the opportunities that lie ahead and is committed to making the most of my education and personal growth here. He looks forward to collaborating with other students, professors, and the school community to create a positive and enriching environment for all.

Biography: Luis Espinoza is a dedicated sophomore majoring in Accounting. He plans to go into a role in corporate or government accounting. With the intention to pursue an MBA in either Accounting or Business Analytics, he will be able to seek different positions that give him the opportunity to travel. Known for his passion for knowledge and commitment to making a difference, outside the academic realm, Luis finds joy in the world of literature, often immersing himself in the pages of various books. His love for cinema extends to older movies, particularly those from Studio Ghibli, showcasing his appreciation for timeless storytelling and animation.
