Fall 2024 term Book Voucher Request
For students that will be receiving financial aid for the fall 2024 term, you may click the link below to access the online book voucher request form. The amounts of the book voucher are based upon your enrollment. Please use the table below to determine your book voucher amount. Book vouchers will normally be available in the UNT Dallas Book Store the next day for both online and in-person use. If you have any difficulty using your book voucher, please contact the UNT Dallas Book Store directly at untdallas@bkstr.com or 972-780-3652.
The fall book voucher request will open on Wednesday, August 21, 2024. The last day to request a fall term book voucher has been extended and is now Friday, October 4, 2024. All book vouchers must now be used no later then Friday, October 18, 2024.

Fall 2024 Aid Disbursements
Financial Aid for the fall 2024 semester will begin disbursing on August 16, 2024, and continue every day. You can check the status of your aid disbursments in your student portal here. Refunds will be processed by Student Business Services, more information regarding refunds and settig your refund preferance can be found here. Not setting your refund preference will delay the processing of any refund.
2024-2025 FAFSA information delayed
UNT Dallas is regularly receiving and processing FAFSA data for the 2024-2025 academic year. As we continue to receive data, we will award FAFSA applications as they become ready. The Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships is committed to providing accurate and timely financial aid information to our students and families. Once UNT Dallas has received a student’s FAFSA, they will be notified. This notification will come from the Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships and will include important information and needed next steps. Please monitor your UNT Dallas student portal and email account for important updates and communications regarding 2024-2025 FAFSA processing.
There are two critical items that you can do:
- Log into your studentaid.gov account and confirm that your FAFSA is complete, all contributors have signed, and that UNT Dallas is listed (school code 042421).
- Review the FAFSA Submission Summary, as it will contain important information such as your estimated aid eligibility and if you were selected for verification. The FAFSA Submission Summary is available in your studentaid.gov account.
We understand that these delays may cause considerable stress for UNT Dallas students and their families, as it limits their ability to make informed decisions regarding enrollment in the upcoming 2024-2025 academic year. Unfortunately, these delays will also hinder the ability of the Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships to assist students and their families in providing critical financial aid information in a timely manner. Please understand these delays are outside of the control of UNT Dallas.
